dc.descriptionIn the development of this essay, we are going to talk about the General Laws and the Federative Entities Sovereignty. For the above, we will define concepts such as State, Sovereignty, Law, we will pass through the legislative process, general law, and we will also see a little about how our country is dividedterritorially in the political aspect. In the Mexican system, as we will see throughout the work, we speak of National Sovereignty, that is, of the sovereignty of a nation that is shaped, as will be explained, by thirty-two states that, according to what our Constitution establishes they are also sovereign. Then, the objective of the work is to conclude if the general laws interfere, interrupt or in some way violate the sovereignty that by constitutional mandate is inherent to the Federative Entities. Can sovereignty subsist within another sovereignty?en-US
dc.descriptionEn el desarrollo de este ensayo, vamos a hablar de las Leyes Generales y la Soberanía de las Entidades Federativas. Para lo anterior, definiremos conceptos tales como Estado, Soberanía, Ley, pasaremos por el proceso legislativo ley general, y veremos también un poco respecto a cómo está divido nuestro país territorialmente en el aspecto político. En el sistema mexicano, como veremos a lo largo del trabajo, se habla de Soberanía Nacional, esto es, de la soberanía de una nación que está conformada –como se explicará- por treinta y dos entidades federativas que, según lo que establece nuestra Carta Magna también son soberanos. Luego, el objetivo del trabajo es concluir si las leyes generales interfieren, interrumpen o de alguna manera vulneran la soberanía que por mandato constitucional es inherente a las Entidades Federativas. ¿Pueden subsistir una soberanía dentro de otra soberanía? es-ES
