Descripción :	It examines and values the argumentation of a precedent thesis, which prescribes that the precedents of the Supreme Court cannot be subject to supervision of constitutionality or of conventionality by courts of lesser hierarchy. Such analysis and valuation is made based on textual and interpretative syllogistic schemes, and based on criteria of prevalence to solve the antinomies of normative premises of such syllogisms. Se analiza y valora la argumentación de una tesis jurisprudencial cuyo contenido prescribe que la jurisprudencia de la Suprema Corte no puede someterse a control de constitucionalidad o de convencionalidad por tribunales de menor jerarquía. Tal análisis y valoración se realiza con base en esquemas silogísticos textuales y de interpretación, y con apoyo en criterios de prevalencia para resolver las antinomias de las premisas normativas de tales silogismos.
